Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
In accordance with Slovenian legislation, the provider does not recognize any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution entity as competent to resolve potential consumer disputes that may arise under the Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes Act.
All relationships between the provider and users shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia.
The provider and the user agree to resolve any disputes amicably and through mutual agreement. If this is not possible, the competent court shall have jurisdiction to resolve the dispute.
